PCPicker.ma is a Moroccan PC hardware price-comparison and build-configuration platform. The Service aggregates publicly displayed pricing and availability information from Moroccan computer hardware retailers in a normalized, comparable format.
Merchant Relationship Disclaimer: PCPicker.ma operates solely as an independent search and price comparison engine. We are not an agent, reseller, or distributor for any indexed retailer. All sales contracts, commercial warranties, after-sales service, and deliveries are exclusively governed by the contract between the buyer and the third-party merchant.
3. Prohibited Uses — Data Extraction & Automated Access
The price index, product catalog, store availability data, and all structured content constitute a proprietary database. The following acts are strictly prohibited:
- Automated scraping or crawling — using scripts, bots, spiders, or headless browsers.
- Bulk extraction — systematically downloading or reconstructing Catalog Data.
- Republication or redistribution — copying, mirroring, or redistributing Catalog Data.
- Competitive dataset creation — training AI models or building competing services.
- API abuse — sending requests at rates exceeding normal human browsing.
- Access credential circumvention — bypassing rate limits, tokens, or security measures.
Violation of this section may constitute an infringement of database rights and expose violators to civil liability.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on PCPicker.ma — including Catalog Data, design, source code, and guides — is the property of PCPicker.ma and protected by intellectual property laws.
Product names, brand names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
5. Accuracy of Information
Prices and stock levels are sourced from publicly accessible retailer websites. Always verify pricing and availability directly with the retailer.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PCPicker.ma shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of your use of the Service.
